For example, gaining more clarity as to how profitable different client relationship are, enables you to be more prepared (and more likely to be willing) to have that ‘difficult’ conversation with a client, should you wish to renegotiate the fees or redefine the scope.    

Fundraising – Helping fundraise. Helping prepare investment proposals and liaising with banks, investors and lawyers.

Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement - Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

Mergers and Acquisitions Support - Providing expertise and advice during mergers or acquisitions, including support on due diligence, valuations and negotiations.

Performance Monitoring and KPIs - Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to track business performance against strategic objectives.
