Business Consulting
As an experienced leader who has many years experience in leadership positions across both large Corporates, but also SMEs, I have a good understanding of how businesses operate and what is required to help businesses not only grow, but also thrive.
Below are some of the typical Consulting type activities that I support business owners, such as yourself, with
Business Review - evaluation of your company’s operations, performance, and overall health. The key aims of this are to:
o Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and potential risks.
o Seek out ways improve operational efficiency through streamlining processes and reducing any inefficiencies in the company's day-to-day operations.
o Enhance financial performance through analysing financial data and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and cash flow.
Business plan development - Assisting in creating business plans, including market analysis, financial projections, and strategies for growth.
Strategic guidance – providing strategic guidance to help with clear direction and focus, ensuring the business activities are aligned with the long-term goals.
Market review - understanding where your business sits in the market. How you compare against your competition, to help inform strategic decision making.
Pricing – analysing your current pricing and providing guidance on suggested new pricing going forward
KPIs – help create and monitor not only financial, but also non-financial KPIs. Helping gain more understanding around the lead and lag indicators in the business and helping the business focus more on those lead indicators, which will invariably drive financial performance.
Key decision making - offering another, usually less emotionally attached, perspective on key decision making. Having a sounding board can often be of real value.
Accountability – being a business owner can at times be lonely. Having regular support & accountability, can help through goal setting, regular check-ins and tracking of progress on agreed actions.
